About

Ark Wildlife Park is a multi award winning wildlife park and exotic animal rescue sanctuary in Lincolnshire where you can discover many exotic animals as well as some familiar friends; you’ll see wildcats, crocodiles, foxes, monkeys, raccoons, meerkats, and cheeky goats to name just a few!

Ark Wildlife Park has rapidly established itself as one of Lincolnshire's premier family-friendly wildlife attractions, with the most diverse range of animals. You can explore the land of dinosaurs “Jurassic Ark”, as well as enjoying the indoor and outdoor play areas, and you can even book a session in the Escape Room (pre-book only). There is also a tropical house and regular popular animal encounter sessions.

The main focus of the Ark has always been as a sanctuary to exotic animals in need and this has remained a priority; the welfare of the animals and dedication of the staff has twice earned the Ark the BBC's "make a difference" award in animal welfare. The residents come in as rescues from the exotic pet trade, other welfare organisations, ex laboratory primates and illegally kept animals, so a visit to the Ark helps to fund not only the continual care of the current residents but also the Arks’ ongoing rescue programme.

The Wildlife Park is open all through the year except January. Summer season, 10am – 5pm, Apr-Oct (7 days a week). Winter season, 10am – 4pm, Nov-March, closed Mondays & Thursdays during Winter season except for School holidays. Closed Christmas & Boxing Day, New Year’s Day and all of January. The Park may also close during inclement weather, please check their Facebook page for latest updates before travelling. Last admission is 1 hour before the park closes.
