Dawn Chorus Walks
May 5 @ 5:15 am - 7:00 am
An event every day that begins at 7:30 am, repeating indefinitely
Enjoy the majesty of the dawn chorus in the English countryside. Scores of birds lift their voices in song as the sun rises. You may hear up to 10 species of warbler, plus other birds such as water rails, corn buntings and turtle doves. Not to forget garden favourites such as wrens, robins, finches and tits. We will enjoy a gentle stroll around the reserve listening to and identifying these songsters before heading back to the visitor centre for a drink and a snack.
There will be two sessions, one at 5:15 for the early birds, another at 7:30 for those who like a bit more of a lie-in!
Sorry, no dogs.
